Personal experiences have driven John to develop systems to make it easy for therapists and coaches to reach the people they are right to help, so that they won't spend decades stuck in a bad place like he did.

By trying lots of options and refining those that work best, John went from nearly empty to booked-out and with a waiting list. He designs and delivers Seminars in conjunction with many institutes and Associations as well as independently and has crafted in-depth online courses. He also regularly gives talks to Therapy centres and groups.

He has now trained and coached hundreds of therapists in many countries, and his proven systems are ensuring many more people find the help they need. In an age of Recession he built a successful business in the Wellness sector and focusses much of his energy passing on all the knowledge he has gained.

The tool that makes the biggest difference, life long, is your mind. John specialises in overcoming the blocks that hold people back in business, elite sports, & arenas of performance – speaking, music, and group sales.

Blocks, come in three main areas:
- Procrastination when a bad feeling holds us back.
- Uncertainty when we lack information or knowledge
- A sense of not enough time & overwhelm. When we are working flat out but don't achieve much, can be so frustrating, but can change for the better.

John has lived most of these himself before overcoming them and finding success to be a much easier thing. Now with thousands of hours experience in helping people with successful involvement in many businesses John helps people like you to find how you can achieve your goals and dreams.



John Prendergast Therapy

With over 2500 hours of clinical experience, and qualifications in both complementary and evidence-based therapies, John has helped hundreds of people from all walks of life to create the lives they want. He is a licensed Trainer of NLP, an EMDR Institute trained Psycho-Trauma therapist and a qualified Hypno-psychotherapist.

His clinical work specialises in Anxiety and it's aspects; such as stress, overwhelm, racing thoughts, poor sleep, panic, self doubt, and related issues. He also is highly trained to reduce Trauma and depression.

His personal experience of depression and anxiety, including too many nights waking in panic and fear and failing to get back to sleep, too many times when public or social situations resulted in a churning gut, gave John both the insight and motivation to help others who experience similar.



Reboot Your Dreams

Most of us hold back in life. We let our dreams slip by us, or simply wait and hope for them to accidentally happen. Is it time to reboot your dreams? What have you put to one side along the way and what could be better in life? These are the things that deserve more time & effort.

One of John's goals is to bring help to bring help to as many people as possible. A way to do that is to create advice, how-to's, and programs to help people make their own lives better. This is what 'Reboot Your Dreams' was created to do. Very often we are simply too strong for too long in that we accept a problem and because we can struggle on with it we largely accept and ignore the issue.

The core philosophy of John's approach to personal development is that while it's great to deal better with a problem, it's way better to deal better without the problem! And this should be what we aim for first in life.
